Nytol One-A-Night is a maximum-strength night-time sleep aid: one tablet of diphenhydramine 50mg taken 20 minutes before bed helps you fall asleep when a bad patch of sleeplessness strikes. It works with your body’s wind-down rather than knocking you out cold.
