A Family Legacy Built on Community
Laois Pharmacy has been proudly serving the Portlaoise community since 1987. The pharmacy was founded by Deirdre Holland, who grew up in a family pharmacy in Dublin run by her mother, Elizabeth Bannan — carrying forward a deep-rooted tradition of community care.
What began as a small local pharmacy has grown into one of Portlaoise’s most trusted health destinations, now serving thousands of families across Co. Laois and beyond. Today, Deirdre is joined by her son David, ensuring that the same values of personal care and expert advice continue into the next generation.
