What we can help with: Runny or blocked nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes caused by allergens such as pollen, dust mites or pet dander. We can supply antihistamine tablets, nasal sprays or eye drops.
When to seek further care: Severe difficulty breathing, facial or throat swelling, eye pain, vision changes, or symptoms not improving after 7 days.
What we can help with: Early-stage tingling, itching or blistering on or around the lips. We can supply antiviral cream such as aciclovir to speed up healing.
When to seek further care: Cold sores near the eye, widespread rash, cold sores in a newborn, sores not clearing within 10 days, or if immunocompromised.
What we can help with: Red, sticky or watery eyes with discharge caused by bacterial or viral infection. We can assess and supply antibiotic eye drops where appropriate.
When to seek further care: Severe eye pain, vision changes, contact lens wearers, newborns, or symptoms not improving within 48 hours of treatment.
What we can help with: Small, localised crusty honey-coloured sores on the face or limbs. We can supply topical antibiotic cream for mild cases.
When to seek further care: Widespread impetigo, children under 2 months, fever, swollen lymph nodes, or not improving after 7 days.
What we can help with: White patches in the mouth, soreness and difficulty eating caused by a Candida fungal infection. We can supply antifungal oral gel or drops.
When to seek further care: Difficulty swallowing, infection spreading to the throat, recurrent episodes, or underlying health conditions.
What we can help with: Early-stage shingles within 72 hours of rash onset. We can supply antiviral treatment to reduce severity and duration.
When to seek further care: Rash near the eye or ear, widespread rash, severe pain, immunocompromised patients, or more than 72 hours since rash onset.
What we can help with: Burning on urination, frequent urination, cloudy or strong-smelling urine in healthy women aged 16–64. We can supply antibiotic treatment after a brief consultation.
When to seek further care: Fever, back or flank pain, pregnancy, men or children, recurring UTIs, diabetes, or not improving within 48 hours.
What we can help with: Itching, soreness and thick white discharge caused by a Candida fungal infection. We can supply an antifungal pessary, cream or oral capsule.
When to seek further care: First episode, pregnancy, unusual discharge colour or odour, or more than two episodes in a 6-month period.

There is a €35 consultation fee. Any medicines supplied are charged separately. We will always explain costs clearly before proceeding.
If you fall outside the eligibility criteria, we will advise on the most appropriate next step — your GP, an urgent care centre, or another suitable service.
Pregnancy affects eligibility for some conditions. Please let us know and we will advise whether pharmacy treatment is appropriate or whether a GP referral is needed.
Some treatments do not require a prescription. Where prescription medication is needed, our pharmacist can supply it under the relevant Irish pharmacy legislation.
