How late is too late?
ellaOne can be effective up to 5 days (120 hours) after unprotected sex, but effectiveness is highest in the first 24 hours — please don’t wait if you can avoid it. If you’re outside the window, talk to us anyway about your options.
Will anyone know?
No. The consultation is private, our team is discreet, and nothing about the interaction is visible to anyone else in the shop.
Does it affect future fertility?
No — emergency contraception does not affect your ability to become pregnant in the future.
What if I’m on other medication?
