Right after your piercing
  • We fit your hypoallergenic studs and hand you your aftercare solution (included)
  • Expect a little warmth or tenderness — completely normal
  • We show you exactly how to clean before you leave
The first week
  • Clean twice a day with the solution provided — morning and night
  • Wash hands before touching your ears; avoid twisting the studs
  • Keep hair, hats and phones off the piercing where you can
Weeks 2–6
  • Keep the studs in continuously — usually around 6 weeks for lobes (we’ll confirm at your visit)
  • Keep cleaning daily; a small crust is normal, spreading redness is not
  • Any concerns? Call in — that’s the beauty of being pierced at a pharmacy
All healed 🎉
  • Once fully healed you can switch to your own earrings — hypoallergenic metals are kindest
  • Keep new earrings in regularly at first so the piercing doesn’t close
  • Come back any time for your second piercing — you know where we are!
