Yes — the service is completely free. You only pay for your medication as normal when you collect.
Do I still need my paper prescription?
Yes — please bring the original prescription when collecting. The photo lets us prepare everything in advance; the original is required by law to complete dispensing. (Healthmail prescriptions sent by your GP come straight to us electronically — even easier.)
Can I order repeat prescriptions this way?
Absolutely — it’s perfect for repeats. Message us and we’ll have it ready; we can also remind you when your next repeat is due.
How quickly will it be ready?
