Not sure if we can treat it? Answer a few questions

Pick what’s bothering you and answer honestly — we’ll tell you straight away whether to walk in to us, or whether it needs a doctor.

This checker is guidance, not a diagnosis — our pharmacist makes the final assessment in person. If you feel seriously unwell at any point, contact your GP or emergency services.

Common questions

Good to know

Do I need an appointment?
No — it’s a walk-in service. Come in during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 9:30–6) and you’ll usually be seen within minutes; consultations take about 10 minutes.
Is there a charge?
The consultation fee is €35, payable at the pharmacy. Any treatment supplied is charged separately depending on what you need — we’ll always tell you the cost before you commit.
What if my condition isn’t on the list?
Talk to us anyway — pharmacists can advise on a huge range of everyday illnesses, and if you need a GP we’ll say so straight away.
Can children use the service?
Some conditions (like impetigo) commonly affect children and can be assessed — age rules vary by condition, so give us a quick ring first on 057 86 61999.
