Use this form to cancel an order you placed on laoispharmacy.com. For most items, you can cancel within 14 days of the day your order arrives, without giving a reason.
Fill in the form and press Confirm cancellation. We will email you a copy of what you sent us, with the date and time you sent it.
What happens next
- Send the items back to us, or hand them in at the pharmacy, within 14 days of cancelling. You pay the return postage.
- We refund you within 14 days of the day you cancel. We may wait until we receive the items back, or proof that you posted them.
- If you cancel your whole order, we also refund the €6 delivery charge.
Some items cannot be returned if you change your mind. Our Returns and Refunds Policy lists them and explains each step.
