Galfer Iron Capsules provide ferrous fumarate 305mg, proper therapeutic-strength iron for treating and preventing iron deficiency, the kind a GP confirms with a blood test. For adults and children over 12, the leaflet dose is one capsule a day to prevent low iron, or one capsule twice a day to treat it, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
