Softening before micro-suction. If you are booked for ear wax removal at Laois Pharmacy, the HSE advises 2 to 3 drops, 3 to 4 times a day for 3 to 5 days beforehand. Do not use drops with ear pain, discharge, a perforated eardrum or grommets.
